We ensure successful transition to practice through our Vizient Nurse Residency Program for newly licensed nurses. We also provide competency-based orientation, preceptorship, mentorship, simulation, in person classes, online modules, and a wide array of practice-based learning opportunities.
At Brown University Health, we support professional learning, role competence, and growth. We offer an education assistance program with a reimbursement of up to $3,500 annually, and a student loan debt repayment program for full-time, benefit-eligible employees.
